John is a co-founder of PrimaStasys, Inc. His vision was to create a business that can act globally, and without boundaries, to promote the use of open standards and open source software so as to remove the devastating effects of proprietary systems and software lock-in.

John asserts that PrimaStasys is in business is to satisfy customer wants and needs so compellingly that the customer can not resist the desire to do repeat business. He sets a high bar for efficiency, on-time delivery, and trouble free systems operation.

John has over 20 years executive management experience. Prior to founding PrimaStasys he worked for 2 years with Advanced Micro Devices as a Linux Strategist for the digital media team. He was VP Technology, Caldera International, and prior to that was VP Development with TurboLinux.

John has an acute understanding of the importance of open standards and the role of open source software in the race to expand the global deployment base of information technology solutions. John has been an active contributor to the Samba project and was a founder of the Samba-Team in 1995. Heis the author of several books, and has written the Samba3-HOWTO and Samba3-ByExample books that are part of the Samba official documentation suite.

Dennis Fullalove
CFO

Dennis is a co-founder of PrimaStasys, Inc. Since 1983 Dennis has held positions in accounting and financial management.

Prior to becoming a joint partner in an accounting firm, he worked with companies providing the establishment, update or redesign of their accounting and management information systems. Dennis was the lead in designing and implementing these changes in addition to managing the accounting and financial operations. He has been involved in the design and implementation of sales compensation programs and negotiating contracts with vendors and clients.

Since 1997 Dennis has worked with small businesses either as their external controller or as their outside accountant. He does tax planning, preparation, and representation for individuals and businesses. In additon he teaches a course at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco called Introduction to Ergonomics.

Dennis has a B.A. in history with minors in accounting and information science. He is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent.

Dennis serves on the board of directors of the local chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents and is chairman of the board of the Alpha Pregnancy Center of San Francisco. Dennis can be found at:

Alex Monteiro
Executive Account Manager

Alex Monteiro is an executive account manager at Primastasys and has been in the IT industry since 1995. His focus has been on the services side of the fence from the start.

Alex has been involved in the Linux industry since 1999 where he was hired as Director of Training for TurboLinux, Inc. Prior, he worked in pre-sales and post-sales support for Silicon Graphics, Inc. He has since held management positions for Open Source and non-Open Source IT companies with a focus on training and professional services. Alex serves on the Advisory Council for the Linux Professional Institute (LPI).

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Fresno and a Master of Arts in Radio/TV/Film from Northwestern University.

Alex is actively involved with athletics, volunteering, and independent film work. He is the Events Coordinator for the North Idaho affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. He is also involved with the Actor Training Studio (Kansas City), Central Coast Angel Network, and Novell Users International (NUI).

Marc Miller

Marc Miller is a consultant at Primastasys, having worked in the software industry for over 20 years.

Marc managed most of AMD's Linux and open source partners and initiatives from 2001-2006, and later went on to become a key product manager for the Intel Certified Solution Program while working for SpikeSource.

Prior to joining AMD, Marc was a highly-regarded IT consultant used by many small businesses in the Sacramento and Davis, California areas.

Marc has a B.S. in computer engineering with an emphasis on software, and is recognized as a "Pragmatic Marketing Certified" product manager.  He is currently working on his MBA through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
